Comprehensive overview of the impact the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) has had on advancing the rights of LGBTI persons. Acknowledging the role of the UPR as the most progressive arena for the protection of the LGBTI rights at an international level, the report identifies important successes and shortfalls of the UPR process in realising these rights.
