FAQ
What is my membership number?
The number of your membership can be found on your library card and starts with 22000...
How can I change my personal information?
New adress? Please send an email to klantenservice@oba.nl. Don't forget to include your name and number of your library card (starting 22...) in the email.
I lost my card, what to do?
Firstly, contact our costumer service to have your card blocked. Fill out this online form (in Dutch) to request a new card.
For how long can I borrow books or other materials?
The standard lending period is 3 weeks. Renew your loans in the app or via mijn bibliotheek.
What to do in case of loss or damage of materials?
Please go to one of our costumer service desks in any of our branches. You will be charged the full price of the materials that need to be replaced, which you can pay for by card. Any fines on the items will be cancelled.
